We pick up wardrobe and props off the sets or out of the wardrobe or prop departments of major motion picture studios and independent production companies. Our stock varies depending on the film or TV show represented in our stores. If a production script calls for the actor to hunt in a jungle, roll around on the desert floor, dig for dinosaur artifacts, trek through the rain, hang from a cliff or steal your heart, he/she will do it in a designer silk shirt or with a unique prop. WHEN DO YOU RECEIVE NEW STOCK?
Our retail stores receive new stock every day of the week. Our showrooms changes daily depending on the movie or TV series represented in our showrooms.
WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS DO YOU SELL?
The majority of our wardrobe stock is contemporary wardrobe, but we also sell western, sci-fi, vintage, or specialty items such as sportswear and gear.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MOVIE OR T.V. SHOW THE ITEMS ARE FROM?
Show codes are printed on our price tags, abbreviations for the show or production companies (i.e. PP-Paramount Pictures GEN-General Hospital.) You may refer to the Production Code Index posted throughout the stores to cross-reference. Please visit our Credits for a list of wardrobes and props we are currently selling or have sold.

DO YOU AUTHENTICATE THE ITEMS YOU SELL?
Items sold in our retail store are tagged with the production show code and production title. Items sold on our website or in auction are accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity.
ARE MOVIE AND TV CLOTHING AND PROPS USED?
Some of the items we sell are never used (you will find items with the price tag still attached).
If the actor wears the garment, it is dry-cleaned. Many markings on the items (i.e. artificial blood) are not from excessive wear but marked purposely for atmosphere and continuity.
DO YOU SELL SPECIALTY COSTUMES?
Halloween type costumes are reserved from all of the various shows all year long. These special items are sold in our Halloween Costume Shoppe in our retail stores or online starting in mid-September. We may also feature specialty costumes on our website. Clothing and props are priced 35-95% OFF retail.
WHERE DO STUDIOS BUY CLOTHING AND PROPS?
Many items are purchased off the racks of department stores or boutiques. Costume designers, prop masters and set decorators shop all over the world, therefore items are unique to the city or country of origin. Also, many items are custom made or have special notions added. These items are one of a kind. Custom made clothing and props costs the production company up to 10 times more!

DO YOU SELL DESIGNER CLOTHING?
The studios buy all types of clothing to dress the character from a movie or TV show. WHERE CAN I FIND DESIGNER CLOTHING?
Our upstairs department in our Burbank store and throughout the racks of both Burbank and our Westside stores are where you will find high end, high fashion clothing. We also carry beaded dresses and tops, leather goods and couture.
WHERE CAN I FIND NEW ARRIVALS?
New arrivals are placed throughout the store. Sometimes we will feature wardrobes and props from a specific film or TV show on a round rack or special vignette.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE ITEMS AT ROCK BOTTOM PRICES?
Check the sidewalk racks, center aisle racks or the back showroom for items priced as low as $1.00.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU HAVE SALES?
We reduce the prices approximately every 2-4 weeks. We reduce the items directly on the store tag. We often reduce items storewide. Register on our website or sign our Preferred Customer List in the retail stores because we frequently send discount cards!
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL SALES?
Yes. Because we sell items in volume and must turn around the items quickly, we often have special sales. Check out our stores or website for special sales. Because everything must sell, items will be reduced until sold.
